Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Zorovah ("Zorovah," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Zorovah provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products for institutions, including school management systems and business tools. Our services are provided on a subscription basis.

Account Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share account access with unauthorized users

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use our services to store or transmit harmful or illegal content

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We act as a data processor on your behalf and will not access your data except to provide the services or as required by law.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

Zorovah retains all rights to our software, trademarks, and intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services during the subscription period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorovah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access to the services will end. You may export your data before termination. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination unless required by law to retain it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
